CUSTOM DESIGN SERVICES

  • It’s super easy! Start with filling out the inquiry form. I’ll follow up within 1–2 business days to schedule your free 30-minute consultation call. During the call, we’ll chat about your brand, figure out the best package for your needs, and answer any questions you have. Afterward, I’ll send you a proposal within 1–2 business days. Once you sign the proposal and pay the deposit, we’re ready to go!

  • If you’re just getting started or working with a professional designer for the first time, The First Impression or The Lasting Impression are great places to begin. These packages focus on building a strong brand foundation, whether you need just the essentials or a more complete visual system with additional assets and social-ready visuals.

    If you’re ready to establish a strong online presence from the start, or you’re launching, relaunching, or rebranding, The Debut and The Works are designed to help you come out the gate with intention. Both combine branding and web design, giving you a cohesive look and a clear place to send people, whether that’s through a focused landing page or a full website experience.

    If your branding is already established and you’re mainly looking to refresh or upgrade your online presence, The One and The Dot-Com are the best fit. These packages focus on your digital home, offering either a streamlined single-page site or a complete multi-page website, depending on how much space your business needs right now.

  • At this time, I don’t offer logo-only services. I believe that a logo on its own doesn’t give your brand the clarity, consistency, or flexibility it needs to grow. Packages like The First Impression and The Lasting Impression are designed to give you a complete brand identity (including strategy, visual direction, and a logo system) so your brand works across platforms and stands the test of time.

  • Each project is an investment in building a brand and online presence that supports your business long-term. Pricing varies based on the scope of work, but current starting investments are outlined below:

    • The First Impression – $1,550 USD

    • The Lasting Impression – $1,950 USD

    • The Debut – $3,450 USD

    • The Works – $6,450 USD

    • The One – $1,950 USD

    Final pricing and payment options are always confirmed in a custom proposal so everything is clear before we get started.

  • Yes! Clients can choose to pay in full or split their project into four equal payments. If you choose the payment plan, the first installment is a non-refundable retainer fee that secures your spot on my calendar and is applied toward the total cost of your package.

    Your full payment schedule will be outlined in your custom proposal, and all payments are set to autopay once the project begins. Final deliverables are released after all payments have been completed.

  • Absolutely. Each package comes with a set list of deliverables, but if your business needs a little more—like social media templates, packaging design, or a pitch deck—we can explore add-on options. You’ll have a chance to let me know what you’re interested in on the inquiry form, and we’ll talk through it during our intro call before your proposal is created.

  • I design on Squarespace, Showit, Wix, and Shopify. So whether you’re running a service-based business, a creative portfolio, or a small online shop, I’ve got you covered.

  • Within 1–2 business days (Monday - Friday), I’ll review your inquiry and follow up if we’re a good fit. From there, we’ll schedule your free consultation call to dive into your project — we’ll cover details like goals, timelines, pricing, and project phases. After our call, I’ll send over a custom proposal within another 1–2 business days. Once you’ve signed the proposal and paid the deposit, we’re officially in business and ready to bring your project to life.

WEBSITE TEMPLATE SHOP

  • No. This template does not include a Squarespace subscription. You’ll need an existing subscription, or plan to purchase one, when you’re ready to take your website live. However, your purchase does unlock a 3-month Squarespace trial (versus the standard 14 days), giving you extra time to customize your site before choosing a monthly plan.

  • You’ll receive a fully designed Squarespace 7.1 website template, a three-month trial (instead of the standard 14 days), a step-by-step transfer guide, a design resources page, and a website launch checklist to help you confidently customize your site.

  • No. This template is delivered as a brand-new website inside your Squarespace account. Squarespace doesn’t allow templates to be applied to existing sites, so you’ll need to manually copy over any text or images you want to keep. Your domain can be connected once your new site is ready.

  • You’ll receive your Squarespace transfer invitation within 24 hours of purchase. It will be sent to the same email address you use for your Squarespace account, so please make sure those match. If you don’t see it, check your spam/promotions folder or reach out to me via email at hello@creativelyjas.com

  • Please accept the transfer ASAP. Transfer invitations do expire, and if that happens, I’ll need to send a new one manually. Accepting it promptly ensures a smooth start to your setup.

  • No. This template was built exclusively for Squarespace 7.1 and cannot be used with any other platform or version.

  • Not at all. This template is fully editable through Squarespace’s drag-and-drop editor. No coding is required.

  • No. All template purchases are final sale and non-refundable.
