CUSTOM DESIGN SERVICES

  • It’s super easy! Start with filling out the inquiry form. I’ll follow up within 1–2 business days to schedule your free 30-minute consultation call. During the call, we’ll chat about your brand, figure out the best package for your needs, and answer any questions you have. Afterward, I’ll send you a proposal within 1–2 business days. Once you sign the proposal and pay the deposit, we’re ready to go!

  • If you’re ready to fully invest and want both a complete brand identity and a multi-page website to showcase everything you do, the Signature Suite is your best fit. If you’re just starting out—or you only need a strong brand plus a sleek one-page website to share your services, portfolio, or links—the Brand Spark gives you a solid foundation without going full multi-page. And if a website isn’t a priority yet but you know your brand identity needs to look polished and professional, the Identity Edit is the perfect starting point.

  • Absolutely. Each package comes with a set list of deliverables, but if your business needs a little more—like social media templates, packaging design, or a pitch deck—we can explore add-on options. You’ll have a chance to let me know what you’re interested in on the inquiry form, and we’ll talk through it during our intro call before your proposal is created.

  • Within 1–2 business days (Monday - Friday), I’ll review your inquiry and follow up if we’re a good fit. From there, we’ll schedule your free consultation call to dive into your project — we’ll cover details like goals, timelines, pricing, and project phases. After our call, I’ll send over a custom proposal within another 1–2 business days. Once you’ve signed the proposal and paid the deposit, we’re officially in business and ready to bring your project to life.

  • Not necessarily! If you’re a former client who already worked with me on branding, or if you already have a complete brand identity you love, you can absolutely book website design on its own. Just email me directly at hello@creativelyjas.com and I’ll walk you through the next steps.

    To move forward with a website-only project, you’ll need to have a fully established brand identity already in place. That means:

    • a clear color palette

    • approved brand fonts

    • high-quality logos and visual assets

    • a solid sense of your brand personality and messaging

    These pieces are essential because they set the tone for your website and ensure the final design looks polished, intentional, and cohesive.

    If you don’t have a full brand identity yet (or if your current visuals need some strengthening), no problem. We can start with a branding package first to build a strong foundation before moving into your website design.

  • Unfortunately, we won’t be able to work together, but here’s why….

    Since branding is the foundation of every visual decision in your business, I do not offer logos as a standalone service. A strong brand identity is more than just a logo. It includes strategy, typography, color, visual direction, and the overall personality that brings your logo to life. Designing a logo without that foundation would not serve you well or represent your brand fully.

    This is a little different from the website-only option in the previous question. A website can sometimes be booked on its own if you already have a complete and established brand identity in place. Without that foundation, the website design would not look cohesive. The same idea applies to logos, which is why they are only created within a full branding package.

    While I do not create single logos a la carte, I am always happy to support you with a branding package that includes everything you need to build a thoughtful and professional brand from the ground up. If you are just getting started, The Identity Edit is a great entry point. If you are ready for something more robust, The Brand Spark is the perfect next step.

  • It depends on the package you choose! Here’s the breakdown:

     Add-ons or customizations may adjust the final cost of your package. I'll outline everything in your proposal so there are no surprises.

  • Yes! All packages require a non-refundable $500 deposit at the time of booking. This deposit goes toward the total cost of your package. After that, I offer payment installments based on the project length. Shorter project timelines may include 2 -3 installments, while longer projects may include up to 4 installments. Your specific payment schedule will be outlined in your proposal, and all payments must be completed before final deliverables are handed off.

  • I design on Squarespace, Framer, Webflow, Wix, and Shopify. So whether you’re running a service-based business, a creative portfolio, or a small online shop, I’ve got you covered.

WEBSITE TEMPLATE SHOP

  • No. This template does not include a Squarespace subscription. You’ll need an existing subscription, or plan to purchase one, when you’re ready to take your website live. However, your purchase does unlock a 3-month Squarespace trial (versus the standard 14 days), giving you extra time to customize your site before choosing a monthly plan.

  • You’ll receive a fully designed Squarespace 7.1 website template, a three-month trial (instead of the standard 14 days), a step-by-step transfer guide, a design resources page, and a website launch checklist to help you confidently customize your site.

  • No. This template is delivered as a brand-new website inside your Squarespace account. Squarespace doesn’t allow templates to be applied to existing sites, so you’ll need to manually copy over any text or images you want to keep. Your domain can be connected once your new site is ready.

  • You’ll receive your Squarespace transfer invitation within 24 hours of purchase. It will be sent to the same email address you use for your Squarespace account, so please make sure those match. If you don’t see it, check your spam/promotions folder or reach out to me via email at hello@creativelyjas.com

  • Please accept the transfer ASAP. Transfer invitations do expire, and if that happens, I’ll need to send a new one manually. Accepting it promptly ensures a smooth start to your setup.

  • No. This template was built exclusively for Squarespace 7.1 and cannot be used with any other platform or version.

  • Not at all. This template is fully editable through Squarespace’s drag-and-drop editor. No coding is required.

  • No. All template purchases are final sale and non-refundable.
